HeLa cells were fixed with 3% PFA and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100. Nuclei were stained with 1.5 µg/ml DAPI. Immunofluorescence was carried out using a Mouse monoclonal antibody specific for the human tubulin alpha 4A chain followed by AlexaFluor 488 conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG antibody STAR117D488GA , Goat anti Mouse IgG DyLight 488 at 1/50. Image was visualized on the Bio-Rad ZOE Fluorescent Cell Imager at 60x magnification
