Leukocytes (red) are identified using Mouse anti Human CD45 antibody ( MCA87 ) and detected using a DyLight 550 conjugated Human anti Mouse IgG2a secondary antibody ( HCA310D550 ). Immunolabeling of MCF-7 cells (green) was performed using Mouse anti Human Cytokeratin (Pan reactive) antibody ( MCA6434GA ) and detected using a FITC conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG1 secondary antibody ( STAR132F ).
