Western blot analysis of whole cell lysates probed with Mouse anti human MAP3K14 antibody (MCA6418GA) at a 1/1,000 dilution followed by detection with HRP conjugated Goat anti mouse IgG antibody ( 1705047 ) at a 1/10,000 dilution and visualized on the ChemiDoc MP with 16.2 second exposure. Arrow points to MAP3K14 (molecular weight 104 kDa). Multiple bands are observed using Mouse anti human MAP3K14 antibody in western-blotting due to the poly-ubiquitination of MAP3K14 that can either stabilize and activate it or induce its degradation by the proteasome.
