Western Blot analysis of human serum for the identification of Human Factor P . Human serum was run under reducing conditions on SDS PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. In lane 1, Bio-Rad Precision Plus molecular weight marker was run. In lane 2, Mouse anti Human Factor P ( MCA2617 ) was used as the primary antibody at a dilution of 1/200. HRP conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG (H/L) ( STAR117P ) was used at a dilution of 1/10,000 as the secondary antibody. As a control, HRP conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG (H/L) ( STAR117P ) was run in lane 3. Visualization was carried out using the Bio-Rad ChemiDoc Imaging System with automatic exposure.
