Flow cytometry analysis of chicken PBMCs stained with Anti-Chicken CD4 RPE, ( MCA2164PE ) and Anti-Mouse IgG1 isotype control purified ( MCA928 ) detected with Anti-Mouse IgG1 FITC ( STAR132F ) only (Figure A) or Anti Chicken CD4 RPE ( MCA2164PE ) and Anti-Chicken CD25 ( HCA458 ) detected with Anti-Mouse IgG1 FITC ( STAR132F ) (Figure B).
