Human anti emicizumab antibody specificity titration ELISA . A microtiter plate was coated overnight with emicizumab, recombinant human anti Factor IXa and anti factor X IgG4_Pro antibodies, and nivolumab at a concentration of 5ug/ml. After washing and blocking with PBST + 5% BSA, detection was performed using HRP conjugated Human anti emicizumab antibody, clone AbD51689ia ( HCA436) at a concentration of 2ug/ml in HISPEC assay diluent ( BUF049A ) followed by QuantaBlu fluorogenic peroxidase substrate. Data for emicizumab are shown as the mean of three measurements. HRP conjugation of the antibody used in this assay was performed using a LYNX Rapid HRP Antibody Conjugation Kit ( LNK002P ).
