Human Anti-Ipilimumab Antibody specificity titration ELISA . A microtiter plate was coated overnight with ipilimumab, human IgG1 kappa, human IgG1 lambda or hCTLA-4 at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. After washing and blocking with PBST + 5% BSA, detection was performed using HRP conjugated Human Anti-Ipilimumab Antibody, clone AbD34429ia (HCA329) titrated to the given concentrations in HISPEC Assay Diluent ( BUF049A ) followed by QuantaBlu Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate. Data for ipilimumab are shown as the mean of three measurements. HRP conjugation of the antibody used in this assay was performed using a LYNX Rapid HRP Antibody Conjugation Kit ( LNK002P ).
