Western blot analysis was performed by loading 25µl Jurkat lysate (Lanes 2-7) onto an AnykD Criterion TGX Stain-Free gel . Precision Plus Protein Prestained Standards were run in lane 1. Lanes 2 & 3 and 5 & 6 were probed with Human anti GAPDH antibody, clone AbD22549_hIgG1 (HCA272) at 1.25µg/ml (lanes 2 & 5) and 0.625µg/ml (lanes 3 & 6). Lanes 2-4 were probed with HRP conjugated Tidyblot (STAR209P) at 1/200. Lanes 5-7 were probed with HRP conjugated Goat anti Human IgG F(ab')2 antibody (STAR126P) at 1/2500. Visualization was carried out using the Bio-Rad Chemidoc Touch Imaging System .
