Sandwich ELISA detection of Human HbA1c in serum samples using Human anti Human HbA1c clone AbD15790_IgG1 (HCA218). Capture antibody, Mouse anti Human hemoglobin, clone 7B12 was coated at 5 ug/ml on a microtiter plate overnight at 4 C. After washing and blocking in PBST + 5% BSA, HbA1c samples (5 ug/ml total hemoglobin concentration) in PBST were added for 1hr at room temperature. Detection was performed by using Human anti HbA1C, clone AbD15783_IgG at a concentration of 2 ug/ml in PBST for 1hr at room temperature. After washing, an HRP-labeled secondary antibody, Goat anti Human IgG F(ab )2:HRP ( 0500-0099 ) diluted 1:1000 in HISPEC Assay Diluent ( BUF049A ) was added. Read out was determined with QuantaBlu using a Tecan Infinite reader. Data is presented as the mean value of quadruplicate experiments
