Human Anti-Ocrelizumab sandwich ELISA . A microtiter plate was coated overnight with the monovalent Fab Human Anti-Ocrelizumab Antibody, clone AbD50651ad in SpyTag2 format at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. After washing and blocking with PBST + 5% BSA, a solution of PBST with (green) or without (red) Ocrelizumab at 2 µg/ml was added. Detection was performed using a monovalent Fab Human anti-Ocrelizumab Antibody coupled to the BiSpyCatcher:HRP, clone AbD50989pap at a concentration of 0.5 µg/ml in HISPEC Assay Diluent ( BUF049A ) with or without addition of SpyTag3 peptide, followed by QuantaBlu Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate. Data are shown as the mean of three measurements.
