Autophagy induction in Jurkats measured by flow cytometry using Autophagy Probe, Red . Jurkat cells were either untreated for basal conditions (red), treated with 0.5 uM Rapamycin for 18 hours (blue), or treated with 0.5 uM Rapamycin for 18 hours and 10 nM Bafilomycin A for 2 hours (orange) to induce autophagy.
