Specificity :

CD66d is strongly expressed by myelocytes, metamyelocytes, neutrophils and polymorphonuclear neutrophils. CD66b is weakly expressed by promyelocytes. 80H3 antibody, as other CD66b, does not react with peripheral lymphocytes and monocytes.
