Description :

For Research Use Only. Not for Use in Diagnostic Procedures. A two-site ELISA method for the measurement of rat PAI-1 activity (plasminogen-activator-inhibitor 1), on rat plasma or any other biological fluid where rat PAI-1 activity must be measured. Uses active and stabilized tPA, bound onto the microELISA plate, for active PAI-1 capture. It is then revealed with a Murine monoclonal antibody, specific for rat PAI-1, and coupled with peroxidase (HRP).
