Description :

Specificity: This solution has been developed to prevent non-specific binding of detector antibodies and GABA conjugate to both polystyrene and PVDF membrane-bottomed ELISPOT plates. Application: Prior to use, the solution should be diluted 10 times with pyrogen-free PBS. Apply 200 µl well under aseptic conditions. Cover the plate and incubate for 2 hours at room temperature. Contents: 10 ml. Preservative free. Sterility: Membrane filtered (0.2 µm). Packaging: 10 ml clear glass bottle.
