Specificity: This solution has been developed to prevent non-specific binding of detector antibodies and Strepavidin-HRP conjugate to PVDF membranes of the ELISPOT plates. Application: Prior to use, the solution should be diluted 10 times with pyrogen-free PBS. Apply 200 µl/well under aseptic conditions. Cover the plate and incubate for 2 hours at room temperature. Contents: 10 ml. Preservative free
