Application Summary :
Immunohistochemistry, suitable for frozen and paraffin embedded tissue. Specimens may be fixed in formalin, zinc formalin, B5 or Bouin’s fixatives. Not for fixed cell smears. Prior to the staining procedure proteolytic enzyme digestion (trypsin, ficin, pepsin or pronase) may be necessary when staining formalin-fixed specimens
