Background :
NifU-like protein 1, chloroplastic encodes a protein containing the NFU domain that may be involved in iron-sulfur cluster assembly. NFU1 is a part of a five member gene family, more closely related to NFU2 and 3 than to NFU4 and 5. Targeted to the chloroplast. Alternative names: CNfu1, AnfU-IVb.
Reconstitution :
For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water.
Storage :
Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
