Background :
Nitrotyrosine is a marker of NO-dependent oxidative stress. It is a product of tyrosine nitration mediated by reactive nitrogen species. Protein tyrosine nitration results in a post-translational modification, component of nitric oxide signaling.
Storage :
Store at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
