TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are adsorbed against bovine,mouse, rabbit serum and affinity purified. Antibody purity is >90% based on SDS-PAGE. Antibody solution may contain small amounts of intact IgG.
