Please note the ENaC insert in this plasmid contains a single nucleotide mismatch compared to Genbank reference sequence AAA75460.1, which causes a P502A mutation of unknown significance. The ENaC sequence containing 502A was cloned and reported in McDonald et al., Am J Physiol. 1995 May; 268(5 Pt 1): C1157-63. PMID: 7762608 (see Figure 1B) and was the source of the ENaC insert for this plasmid.
