Constructed by Jess Cunnick. The construct was made in two steps. First a 5' 1.7 kb BamHIxSstI fragment and a 3' SstIxKpnI fragment from two BCR plasmids were ligated into pECFP-C1 digested with Bgl II x KpnI. ECFP-Bcr was removed from the plasmid by digestion with Age I x KpnI and ligated into pCCL0cppt178-MNDU3-X3.
