Please note that Addgene's sequencing results identified a deletion at bp# 25 & 26 and a single nucleotide mismatch at bp# 47 when compared to the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing laboratory. The deletion at 25&26 was due to an error made in assembly of sequence when combining promoter with plasmid sequence. The mismatch at bp#47 is not known to affect plasmid function.
