growth notes :
Mouse Sprouty1 cDNA clone was isolated from Lambda Zap mouse cDNA library. The insert contains the complete coding region as well as some 5' and 3' UTR sequences. The 4kb vector is presumed to be pBluescript with extra sequences from Lambda Zap plasmid. For antisense probe, linearize the plasmid with EcoRI and use T7 Polymerase. The transcript should be approximately 1.5kb.
