After lentivirus infection, Klf4 and cMyc are coexpressed by CMV promoter and IRES intron. Infections with this lentivirus, when used with pSIN4-EF2-O2S and pSIN4-EF2-N2L have a significantly greater reprogramming efficiency than our original 4 lentiviruses. NOTE: Addgene's quality control sequence found a K269T in Klf4. This mutation is not known to affect function.
