The Dyrk2 pDEST12.2 contains the full cDNA of Dyrk2 (sequence of cDNA attached) cloned Not1/Xho1 into pENTR.11 then transferred by recombination into pDEST12.2 (Gateway). It has an N-terminal FLAG tag, which was put directly into pENTR.11, but the Not1/Xho1 cut will excise the dyrk2 cdna without the tag (but with an atg and a stop codon as well); the size is 1806 bp.
