Description: Full coding sequence of Drosophila armadillo in pBluescript (+)KS'. T7 primer is at the 5' end, followed by BamHI site at nt 150 of arm cDNA, and the initiation ATG is 6-8nt downstream. There is an EcoRI site at nt 287 of the arm cDNA, and a stop at nt 2704, followed by an Eco RI site at nt 2770 and a Bam HI at 2820. Thus the insert can best be obtained with a BamHI digest.
