To construct pTBE1/2 plasmid, we used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers (5'-CTAGCTAGCCTAGCACCTTTGATTTCTCCC-3' and 5'-CGTGATATCCGCTTTGATCAAGAGTCCCAG-3') to amplify nt -576 to -1162 of the c-MYC promoter region. The PCR product was cloned into pBV-Luc. TBE1 (Tcf-4 binding elements) wt sequence cctttgatt; TBE2 wt sequence gctttgatc. See Author's Map and article for more information.
