The original N-Ras was cloned as a full-length cDNA (containing 5' and 3' UTRs) Bam-Bam into pCGN, and was therefore transfered via Bam cuts into other vectors, including pBABE, and orientation checked. So, a 1.2 kb band is expected. There should be about 100 bp of 5'UTR, 527 bp N-Ras, and the rest 3'UTR
