This plasmid contains the human aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) expressed from the GAL1,10 promoter along with ARNT. Together they form a heterodimeric transcription factor. Use the HpaI site for linearization and integration into yeast chromosome III. This is an integrating vector without a yeast replication origin. Addgene NGS detected a K298R mutation within the HIF1B translation. The depositing laboratory states that this does not adversely affect protein function
