Background :

IM-NM-:BM-NM-1 M-bM-^@M-^S NFM-NM-:B (NFM-NM-:B p50 and NFM-NM-:B p65) signaling is controlled to a large extent by the sequestration of the NFM-NM-:B complex in the cytoplasm by its association with one of the IM-NM-:B family of proteins. IM-NM-:BM-NM-1 is phosphorylated at Ser32 and Ser36 (IM-NM-:BM-NM-1 phospho Ser32,36) by the IM-NM-:B Kinase (IKK) complex, resulting in the degradation of IM-NM-:B and the nuclear translocation of NFM-NM-:B.

Immunogen :

This antibody was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acid residues 32-291 of human IM-NM-:BM-NM-1.
