Background :
PLZF (Promyelocytic Leukemia Zinc-Finger protein) is a member of the POK (POZ and KrM-CM-<ppel) family of transcriptional repressors. PLZF is expressed in early, but not differentiated, hematopoietic cells, and is required for spermatogonial stem cell maintenance. In addition, PLZF regulates genes involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation (cyclin A2, Myc and Hox genes) and targeted deletion of PLZF in mice results in limb and axial skeleton and limb deformations.
Immunogen :
This PLZF antibody was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to full-length mouse PLZF with a GST epitope tag.
Uses :
ChIP, IF, IP, WB
Storage :
Antibodies in solution can be stored at -20M-BM-0C for 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.
