Bcl10 (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 10 or BCL 10) protein promotes apoptosis and activation of NFM-NM-:B (NFM-NM-:B p50 and NFM-NM-:B p65) via NIK and IKK (IKKM-NM-1, IKKM-NM-2, IKKi/IKKM-NM-5 and IKKM-NM-3). Bcl10 protein contains a caspase recruitment domain (CARD) which interacts with other CARD domain containing proteins to regulate NFM-NM-:B signaling. It is also a substrate for MALT1.
