recommend dilutions :

ELISA. Western Blot(1:1000). The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

storage buffer :

In 50mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 0.1M NaCl, 1.0mM MgCl 2 , 0.1mM ZnCl 2 (0.2% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide).

storage instruction :

Store at 4 C and avoid from light. For long term storage, dilute the antibody with sterile glycerol and store it at -20 C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

quality control testing :

This antibody was analyzed using immunoelectrophoresis and a sandwich ELISA. In this latter test, a 1:800 dilution was found to generate an O.D of 1.0 in a 20 minute reaction with p-nitrophenyl phosphate as the substrate.
