Goat antibodies raised against mouse IgG heavy and light chains. Antibodies are adsorbed against human proteins to minimize species cross reactivity, and then affinity isolated using immunogen coupled to agarose beads. The affinity isolated antibodies are then conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) (Mw = approximately 44 KDa).

storage instruction :

Store at 4 C. For long term storage, add 50% volume for volume glycerol and store at -20 C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
