Description :

Angiotensinogen is the precursor of angiotensin-1 upon cleavage by renin in response to lowered blood pressure. Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) then removes a dipeptide to yield the physiologically active peptide angiotensin-2, the most potent pressor substance known, which helps regulate volume and mineral balance of body fluids.

Format :

Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
