Western Blot: FGFR2 Antibody (OTI5C5) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-70731] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FGFR2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FGFR2.

Western blot analysis of FGFR2 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-FGFR2 antibody (ET1703-78) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: HT-29 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 2: HaCaT cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 3: PC-12 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 4: L6 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 5: Mouse brain tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Lane 6: Rat brain tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 92 kDa Observed band size: 145 kDa Exposure time: Lane 1-4: 1 minute 18 seconds; Lane 5-6: 6 seconds; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (ET1703-78) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
