Western blot analysis of WSCD2 on WSCD2 recombinant protein lysate using anti-WSCD2 antibody at 1/2000 dilution.
Western blot analysis of WSCD2 on different lysates with Mouse anti-WSCD2 antibody (M1010-2) at 1/500 dilution. Lane 1: Mouse hippocampus tissue lysate Lane 2: Rat brain tissue lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 64 kDa Observed band size: 64 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (M1010-2) at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1006) at 1:100,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
ICC staining WSCD2 in SH-SY5Y cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.
