Detection of Human Wnt-7b by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of JAR human choriocarcinoma cell line and HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 ╡g/mL of Goat Anti-Human Wnt-7b Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3460) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019 ). A specific band was detected for Wnt-7b at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .
