Lane 1: SH-SY5Y cell lysate Lane 2: A375 cell lysate Lane 3: PC-3M cell lysate Lane 4: MCF7 cell lysate Lane 5: HeLa cell lysate Lane 6: NIH/3T3 cell lysate Lane 7: E14.0 mouse embryonic brain tissue lysate Lane 8: Rat embryo tissue lysate Lane 9: LLC cell lysate Lane 10: Mouse embryo tissue lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 21 kDa Observed band size: 24 kDa Exposure time: Lane 1-8: 1 minute; Lane 9-10: 20 seconds; ECL: K1802; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
