Detection of Mouse and Rat TLR7 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse thymus tissue and NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 ╡g/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse/Rat TLR7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7156) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for TLR7 at approximately 130 to 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .

Western blot analysis of TLR7 expression in Ramos (A) whole cell lysates.
Immunofluorescent analysis of TLR7 staining in MCF7 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 °C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark.
