Expression of P2Y14 receptor in mouse kidney. - Immunohistochemical staining of mouse kidney sections using Anti-P2Y14 Receptor (extracellular) Antibody (#APR-018). P2Y14 receptor staining (green) is detected in intercalated cells only of the cortex (A) and medulla (B). P2Y14 receptor co-localizes with V-ATPase B1 subunit (red staining) in intercalated cells but not in distal tubule cells. Western blot analysis of GPR105 expression in MDAMB435 (A), HEK293 (B) whole cell lysates.
Immunohistochemical analysis of GPR105 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
