Western Blot: M-Ras/R-Ras3 Antibody (OTI3C4) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-72776] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MRAS (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MRAS.

Lane 1: SH-SY5Y cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 2: Neuro-2a cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 3: U-87 MG cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 4: C6 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 5: Human brain tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Lane 6: Mouse brain tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Lane 7: Rat brain tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 24 kDa Observed band size: 24 kDa Exposure time: Lane 1-5: 59 seconds; Lane 6-7: 30 seconds; ECL: K1801; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA722579) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
