Western blot analysis of KMT2C/ MLL3 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-KMT2C/ MLL3 antibody (HA721770) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: U-2 OS cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 2: MCF7 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 3: HCT 116 cell lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 4: Rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate (40 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 541 kDa Observed band size: 541 kDa Exposure time: 1 minute 36 seconds; 3-8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA721770) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Staining MLL3 in human testis tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0. 5 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/25) for 1 hours at 37 degree C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
