Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Integrin alpha 7 Antibody [NBP1-86118] - Blue (Dapi), Red (Integrin alpha 7), Green (skeletal muscle Myosin). Mononucleated cells containing satellite cells and fibroblasts were isolated from bovine skeletal muscle tissue and induced for myogenic differentiation. Cells were fixed in methanol and stained using anti-myosin antibody and anti-Integrin a7 (#NBP1-86118) antibody. Corresponding secondary antibodies were used to visualize the result. Strong integrin a7 signal was observed in myotubes. But some weaker signals were also observed in fibroblasts which are known to be negative for it. Image submitted by a verified customer review.
