Detection of Protein A by Western Blot. Western blot shows Recombinant Protein A Long, Recombinant Protein A, and Recombinant Protein G (negative control). The left panel of the PVDF membrane was probed with 2 ╡g/mL of Rat Anti-Protein A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB99761) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005 ). A specific band was detected for Protein A at approximately 33 kDa and Protein A Long at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). To show specificity, the right panel was probed with Anti-Rat IgG Antibody (negative control). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .
