There are many articles (for example, see articles with pmids 27641646, 25967273, 26469402, 22077380, 23401593, 27152621) that show CD4 OKT4 stain PBMC very well in flow cytometry. Since it is a monoclonal antibody, and tends to have low lot-to-lot variation, you should check your protocol first, for example, go through the protocol with another antibody, before checking the validity of this OKT4 antibody.
