Hi what is the exact composition of the buffer that you used to resuspend your Ab (anti-HCN4 #75-150 ? I need to know if I should "clean" it before coupling it on an amine-reactive gel..(BSA removal, desalting)

Labome reply

Thank you for your interest in NeuroMab. I see that you requested information off of Labome regarding our HCN4 NeuroMab N114/10. Pure IgG preps are provided in Tris-buffered saline with 10 mM NaN3 as preservative and do not contain BSA or glycerol. Please let me know if you need more information; its datasheet is available on our website, along with directions on how to order from our corporate partner Antibodies Incorporated.

You are encouraged to subscribe to our mailing list to receive important Facility news and notifications (http://neuromab.ucdavis.edu/subscribe.cfm); to check our website regularly for new antibodies, updated datasheets and novel publications; and to keep our Facility in mind if you need specific mouse monoclonal antibodies for your research. We are mostly NIH-funded so most of our custom antibody generation and characterization services are free. Suggestions for future NeuroMab targets are always welcome; please submit them in detail online (http://neuromab.ucdavis.edu/suggestions.cfm).
