You might want to update your records. The MAB3460 monoclonal mouse antibody from R&D that was supposed to be specific for Wnt7B by WB has proved to give a non-specific but very predominant band around the stated expected size and as a result is no longer offered. You should remove it from your search data. The R&D goat polyclonal AF3460 works fine, though.

Thanks for your feedback. You are right. We will modify our protocol to remove these types of products more timely. R & D system products were last updated at Labome in Jan, 2014. Products from many other suppliers are updated monthly. A sampling of the products is checked weekly, but we apparently failed to catch this one.
