which Ab are best to identify changes in Lyn A and Lyn B phosphorylation status?

Labome reply

Use of phosphorylated antibodies against them is one of several ways to identify phosphorylation status and its changes. For both Lyn A and B (they are alternatively spliced isoforms of Lyn), please see http://www.labome.com/gene/human/Lyn-antibody.html and select 'phosphorylated' under 'antigen modification', then check individual antibodies to see which residue each of the phospho-specific antibody detects.
