would you please guide me where can I find anti-semaphoring Ab in order to
inject to mice? Do you have such an Ab in your company?

There are quite a number of semaphorin genes see http://www.labome.com/bin/ea.pl?q=semaphorin you can follow the antibody links to the correct gene you are looking for, and check out the antibodies. Most likely the suppliers will not indicate which one can be used for injection to mice, this is not a common application. You may have to look for literature for prior applications of such an antibody.
